Growing up in South Minneapolis, Shea learned about flavor and fresh ingredients in his grandma's garden.  He elevated his professional culinary experience in kitchens such as Book Club and as the Executive Chef at PF Cafe.

As an artist and chef, Shea intersects creativity and culinary craftsmanship with house made ceramic dishes, visually stunning food, and intentionally coursed out experiences.
